JV WINS LEAGUE VICTORY IN THE HEAVY WEIGHT & ILLUSION WINS LEAGUE VICTORY IN THE LIGHT WEGHT:

Competition heats up in South Florida’s top Indoor Facility once again!

 

The second race in the Xtreme Adult League took place April 2^nd 2008 with a great group of drivers that are very competitive. After a night of heated competition that included a 5-lap qualifying and a 30-lap main event, in the Heavy weight series JV came out on top of the heat to score the overall victory after holding off JPR for the duration of the event & in the Light weight series Illusion came in first holding off Morphius for the duration of the event.

 

Qualifying was extremely competitive in the heavy weight series as Deadpool posted the fasted time of 27.25 to edge The Devil for the inside of the front row for the main event. The Devil put down good laps during the qualifying attempt, but came up just a little short. JV sat in third after the qualifying run to win the inside of row two for the final race, while JPR and Whiplash completed in the fastest five. The light weight qualifying had Morphius posting the fastest lap time of 27.06 to edge Monroy for the inside of the front row for the main event. Monroy put down good lap times during qualifying; put came up just a little short. Illusion sat in third after qualifying while Charls and Eddie ended in fourth and fifth.

 

In the race, Heat B in the Heavy weight started normal where Heat A started inverted. Heat B ran a clean race with zero black flags. F-G-K passed BennyFofa to end in 1^st and TJ held his position the entire race to follow up in second. Scotty passed 5 people to end in third in Heat B. In Heat A of the Heavy Weight JV started in 12^th to pass 11 people to end the race in 1^st. JPR followed by starting in 11^th and passing 9 people to finish the race in 2^nd and Zoli007 passed 6 drivers to end in 3^rd place. Heat A was action packed with 1 official Black flag given and 1 disputed black flag. These competitive drivers were all fighting for the lead. In the light weight race Illusion came in first just passing Morphius towards the end of the race. Morphius ending in 2^nd place and Eddie ending in 3^rd. Overall the race was clean except for one black flag given to Silva or bumping. Overall the group was very competitive and talented and they will be back on the track for the next exciting Adult Race League.
